7 Days Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Received a damaged product.
  • Received a defective product.
  • Received the wrong product.
Exchanges & Sale Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email.

Note on Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be replaced/refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded; they are only eligible for replacement if defective.
Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address (details below).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
